What Cross point is

Cross point is a web workspace that classifies each prompt by task type, routes it to a model we select for that task, and returns an answer when a model path is available. You may also save your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or OpenRouter API keys (BYOK) so answers for supported models can call that provider (or OpenRouter) with your key.

Accounts

Access to the product workspace requires an account. Sign-up uses email and password through our authentication provider (Supabase Auth). If you forget your password, request a reset from the sign-in page; we email a time-limited link to the address on the account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to break the law or violate others’ rights
• Attempt to probe, abuse, or disrupt the service or its providers
• Submit content you do not have the right to process through third-party AI APIs
• Resell or automate access in a way that harms service reliability without permission

Model providers (OpenRouter and any BYOK provider you connect) have their own terms. Your use of those APIs must comply with them as well.

AI outputs

Answers are generated by third-party models. They can be wrong, incomplete, or unsafe for your use case. Cross point does not guarantee accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. You are responsible for how you use routed answers.

Keys and routing

When you use platform-routed models, we send prompts to our model gateway (OpenRouter) and may track token usage and estimated platform spend for your account.

When you use BYOK, we decrypt your stored key only to call that provider on your behalf for the request. BYOK usage is billed by that provider to the account behind your key. We do not receive or display that provider’s invoice amounts as platform spend.

Routed answers are also capped per signed-in account (40 answers per rolling 24 hours) on top of shared per-IP limits. This is an abuse/usage cap, not a paid plan. Prompt history for a signed-in account keeps the 50 most recent conversations; older threads and their stored prompts and answers for that account are deleted.

Service changes

The product is early. Features, models, and limits can change. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or operational need.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cross point and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for model output you rely on. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim or (b) zero if you have not paid us.
